By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:

We provide access to dealer-only car auctions and related services (such as pre-auction reviews, shipping, and detailing). We act as your representative in these auctions, but the final purchase contract is between you and the auction/seller.

• Access Fee: $199 for 30 days of live bidding access.
• Vehicles under $19,999: $1,200 flat fee.
• Vehicles $20,000 and above: 10% buyer fee.
  All fees are due before bidding begins and are non-refundable.

• You are responsible for reviewing all condition reports and making informed decisions.
• Auction vehicles are sold as-is unless otherwise specified (e.g., auction light designations).
• Payment for purchased vehicles must be made promptly according to auction requirements.

We do our best to provide accurate condition reports and guidance, but all vehicles are sold based on auction information. We make no guarantees regarding vehicle condition, value, or future performance.

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from the purchase, transport, or use of vehicles bought through dealer-only auctions. Your participation is at your own risk.

Optional services (e.g., shipping, detailing, reconditioning) may involve third-party providers. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you misuse our services, fail to pay fees, or violate these terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in California courts.
